Two white travel adaptors supplied in a small transparent plastic bag. Travel adaptor has a CE mark present with wording 'Travel Universal Adaptor with Safety Shutter'.
The product has been identified as presenting a high risk of electric shock as the shutters did not fully cover the aperture. The test pin could slide past the shutters and touch live parts. Also, the plug pins are just over 2 mm from the edge of the plug, less than the permissible minimum, and a fuse is not fitted. A user may touch the pins when plugging in, or unplugging the product, or otherwise access live parts through insufficient shutters, and experience an electric shock. The product does not meet the requirements of the Plugs and Sockets (Safety) Regulations 1994.
